Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major plans and Medicare. Tell us your plan when we call to confirm and we will check your coverage before the visit. No insurance? Ask about our membership plans and self-pay prices.
Do you see children?
Yes. We care for newborns, children, teens, adults and seniors, so the whole family can see the same team.
¿Atienden en español?
Sí. Our front desk and providers speak Spanish, and every form is available in both languages.
How soon can I be seen?
Most requests get a visit the same week, and members get priority same-day visits when they are sick.
What can a telehealth visit handle?
Follow-ups, medication refills, lab results, colds, rashes, allergies and many other concerns. If you need an exam in person, we will tell you.
Is my appointment booked when I send the form?
Not yet. The form is a request. We call or text you within one business day to confirm a time.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your medications and any recent records or lab results.
How do I get a prescription refill?
Call us or ask during a telehealth visit. Please allow two business days for refills.
